Shipping

Shipping and delivery to residences will normally be by a LTL freight carrier and typically includes lift gate service to unload the package to the end of the driveway. Less than truckload freight shipping (LTL) is used for the transportation of small freight or when freight doesn’t require the use of an entire trailer. This shipping method can be used when freight weighs between 150 and 15,000 pounds.
Carriers willing typically call one day prior to delivery to provide an estimated time of delivery. A request for a specific delivery time or a time outside their normal delivery time may incur additional delivery charges which may not be known until several days after the delivery is complete.
In some cases the LTL carrier may allow you to pick up the item from the local terminal. The carrier may only be willing to deposit the package at the street near your driveway special unloading requests and locations may not be possible or may add to the delivery cost, these added costs will be charged to your credit card account.

Important!

#1 A tractor trailer must be able to access delivery location. Locations that are determined inaccessible by the freight carrier may need to be picked up by the customer at the nearest freight terminal.

#2 The person that receives the shipment must inspect the packaging for any visible external damage. If damage is found, take photos and note that the package was damaged on the delivery drivers receipt before signing the receipt and the delivery driver departs.

Receiving the shipment: We are committed to making sure you are satisfied with our products. Your order is inspected prior to shipment to ensure all items are in excellent condition before they leave our facilities. Although our products are packaged securely to prevent any damage it’s possible that in rare cases, damages may occur during shipment.
Before signing for the shipment inspect the crate or pallet. Remember when you sign for the delivery you are legally accepting the package as delivered in good condition. Therefore, it is extremely important that you inspect the package for external damage prior to signing the delivery receipt. If there is damage to the carton or the product, please write "CONTENTS DAMAGED" clearly on the delivery receipt that the driver is asking you to sign, then sign. This insures that the damage issue will be more easily resolved.
If there is any sign of damage, open the package and inspect the contents. You may need one of the following on hand to help open the carton: knife, hammer, pry bar, #2 Phillips screw gun/drill. Should you notice any damage, please note it on the delivery receipt, take pictures of the packaging and damage then contact us immediately.
If the stone is documented as damaged during shipping we will expedite the fabrication and then ship a replacement at no additional charge.
